Our guest accommodation consists of a TV lounge and a dining room downstairs, and three bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has a shower and toilet en-suite, a hairdryer, an electric shaving point, and a tea/coffee bar. There is central heating throughout.
We have wireless internet. An ironing board and iron are available on request.
We are a ‘no smoking’ establishment and do not take pets. There is safe parking on-street or in the driveway.
Family room
The family room has a double and a single bed, bedside cabinets with alarm clock radios, a cupboard with hanging space and one with shelves, a fully tiled en-suite, two chairs, a variety of books and local guides, and tea and coffee making facilities. A cot and high chair are available on request.
The view from the window is of the well established back garden, with a glimpse of the sea on the left.
Twin room
The twin room has two single beds with firm mattresses, bedside alarm clock radios, two single wardrobes with shelves and hanging space, two chairs, a variety of books and local guides, and tea and coffee making facilities. The fully tiled shower room has a corner shower with toilet and wash basin with a shelf to accommodate toilet bags etc. The view from the window is of the garden looking towards the town centre.
Single room
The single room has a single bed with a bedside cabinet and alarm clock radio. There is a bookcase with a variety of reading material, an easy chair, a chest of drawers, a cupboard with hanging space, a fully tiled shower room with toilet and wash basin, and tea and coffee making facilities. The view from the window looks over the front garden.
Guest lounge
Our Guest Lounge has a TV, a large toy box, a range of board games, and a piano. It is a room to relax in, to be entertained in, or to entertain yourself. We also use it to store guests' golf clubs etc. overnight or for luggage if you are leaving later in the day.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in our dining room.
Breakfast includes any or all of the following:
Fruit juice; tea and coffee; choice from the cereal display; grilled bacon, fried egg, sausage, bread and tomato;(or alternatively, scrambled or poached egg on toast); toast with butter and homemade preserves;
Vegetarian and special diets can be accommodated by discussion on arrival
